About me.
You're not alone.
When we reach midlife, we deserve to be thriving and enjoying all the world has to offer. But many of us feel alone, dismissed about health concerns, tired of one-size-fits-all solutions, disappointed with quick fixes, and unsure how to create a plan to feel better. I’ve been there.
When I needed to support my health and wellbeing after a period of serious illness, I turned to reflexology. I found the sessions so beneficial, I wanted to help other women to feel the benefits too. So I trained to become a reflexologist myself.
Qualified care
I want to give you the best treatments possible, so I sought out high-quality, high-level training and qualified for a Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology. Registered at level 5 (equivalent to a foundation degree), it’s the highest level of accreditation for reflexology in the UK and is awarded by OFQUAL and Agored Cymru.
During my training and beyond, I’ve built clinical experience supporting people with a wide variety of challenges, from stress-related conditions and reproductive issues to chronic and life-limiting illnesses. I’m also fully insured and a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

It’s all about you
Your treatment will be as unique as you are, with a plan designed specifically for you. I’ll welcome you into my tranquil space so you can take some much-needed time for you, and I can work on the areas holding you back.
